How do I enroll in Crossroads Charter Academy?

There are two steps to the enrollment process.

Step 1: Print and complete the following forms:
Or Pick up and complete an Enrollement Packet from the Crossroads Charter Academy office.

• Application for Free and Reduced-Price Meals
